Speaking From the Battle
As a Marine Corps veteran, cancer survivor, and fitness and recovery coach, I speak from experience; from the battles that broke me to the strength I rebuilt through movement, mindset, and lifestyle change.
My mission is to help others take back control of their health, reduce their risk of recurrence, and rediscover confidence in their bodies and lives.Many events also feature my co-host and friend, Jenvieve, as we share our stories together. Two women with different journeys but the same purpose: to inspire others to fight forward with courage, community, and hope.
