My approach looks at the whole person: body, mind, and lifestyle. While strength training is our foundation, we focus on building habits that support long-term health and vitality. Especially for those navigating or recovering from cancer, chronic illness, or major life changes.

My Approach to Healing, Fitness, and Longevity

My coaching integrates evidence-based movement, anti-inflammatory nutrition, and gut health education to reduce oxidative stress, manage symptoms, and lower recurrence risk. We work together to create sustainable lifestyle changes; improving energy, digestion, sleep, and mindset. because everything starts in the gut, and healing starts from within.

I meet each client where they are — whether they’re rebuilding after treatment, adapting to new physical limitations, or simply ready to take back control of their health.

    Speaking From the Battle

    As a Marine Corps veteran, cancer survivor, and fitness and recovery coach, I speak from experience; from the battles that broke me to the strength I rebuilt through movement, mindset, and lifestyle change.
    My mission is to help others take back control of their health, reduce their risk of recurrence, and rediscover confidence in their bodies and lives.

    Many events also feature my co-host and friend, Jenvieve, as we share our stories together. Two women with different journeys but the same purpose: to inspire others to fight forward with courage, community, and hope.
